Eco-Blitz was an externalisation out of Cumbria CVS (Council for Voluntary Services), initially a project it became a workers Co-operative in February 2008. It is a workers Co-op, employing 12 people, providing domestic and commercial cleaning services in West Cumbria and adopting environmental practises.
The Hub has been able to provide Eco-Blitz with a wide range of specialist and professional services from Legal Governance, Board Development to Grant funding and Marketing and more recently in 2009 a Mentoring Scheme focusing on Staff and future Business Development.
