Dave Hollings - Director

Dave has 20 years experience in advising co-operative and social enterprises. He has supported the establishment of more than 200 such enterprises. Dave specialises in legal structure advice and the development of community and employee led buy-outs (crisis, succession and externalisation).

He has registered a completely new model set of rules for an employee owned Industrial and Provident Society with the Registry of Friendly Societies. He has also developed his own model Memorandum and Articles of Association for Companies and Community Interest Companies.

He advised the community led buy-out of Hesket Newmarket Brewery and was part of the team providing advice to Oldham Leisure Services, an employee lead externalisation.
