CMS advised the employees of this Rochdale MBC service when they were told in late 2009 by the Local Authority that the service was to be closed and they were to be made redundant. CMS assisted the employees to negotiate a deal with Rochdale MBC on the stock, premises, redundancy, helped them to form a legal structure and raise funding/finance to start the business.
